- How do I buy online?
Simple like 1, 2, 3
1. Choose the gifts and click BUY NOW to continue to the Basket.
2. After you choose the DELIVERY method and enter the GREETING you can proceed to the CHECKOUT.
3. Enter DELIVERY details and choose the METHOD of PURCHASE to purchase the gift.
Thats it! You will get your voucher right after we receive the money!
- Can I book an activity on exact date and time?
Yes you can! All the information you’ll need to book, including contact details for the experience supplier, will be inside your eVoucher.
You’ll be able to book your chosen activity directly with the activity provider for a mutually convenient date (remember that experiences must be booked in advance and are always subject to availability).
- Are there any restrictions on taking part in the activities?
If any restrictions apply, they are clearly stipulated in the activity description.
Some of our activities (typically driving or flying experiences) have weight or height restrictions, which are usually dictated by the vehicle or aircraft in which the experience will take place. Others may have an age restriction for insurance or legal reasons.
- What if I need some more information about the activity? If you need some more information, our activity suppliers are always happy to answer any questions you may have regarding their venue, experience format, equipment or restrictions. If you have any specific queries or concerns, please contact the supplier directly by using the contact information inside the activity description.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay online either with your credit or debit card:
1. You can use your PayPal account. You are able to pay with a credit card without signing up for (or signing in to) a PayPal account.
2. You can also use credit card payment service provided by Skryll/MoneyBookers.
- How will I receive my activity voucher?
Purchased activity vouchers can be immediately sent to your indicated e-mail address. This is super quick and cost-free!
