If you are not satisfied with your Voucher purchase, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will be happy to refund the full cost of your un-booked Voucher. A refund of a Voucher will no longer be available once that Voucher has been used to make a booking with an activity supplier.
All refunds will be made to the person who purchased the Voucher, and the money will be refunded directly to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase.
